1. Return Eligibility

- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Minor variations in embroidery, color, stitching, or texture due to handmade craftsmanship or screen display differences.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- The product may be picked up by our courier partner where service is available.
- If pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to ship the item using a reliable courier service.
- The returned product will undergo a quality inspection before approval.
4. Refunds
After the returned product passes inspection:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If the return does not meet our eligibility requirements, the refund request may be declined.
5. Replacement
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, an appropriate alternative or refund may be provided.
6. Cancellations

8. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be borne by us.
- For returns that are not due to our error, return shipping charges, if applicable, may be the customer's responsibility.
